Senior .NET Developer / Team Leader (of 3-5 developers)

Job description:

Lead team of 3-5 experienced .NET developers
Implementation of extensive system on platform .NET 2.0 - .NET 4.0, C#, design and code documentation, code testing, integration
Participation on project software architecture definitions
Participation on definition of develpoment environment and internal standards

Requirements:

University degree/secondary education in Informatics, Economics-Informatics or Management-Informatics
Experience in leading of team of 3-5 senior developers at least 1 year
Development experience for at least 5 years and at least 3 last yeas in C# on the .NET platform
Experience in architecture and development of at least two bigger .NET project
Knowledge of relational databases
Organisation and communication skills

Nice to have:

Knowledge and experience with the product SQL Server 2005/2008, Share Point Portal 2007/2010
Experience with WPF/Silverlight
Knowledge of ASP.NET and ADO.NET and knowledge of business technology
Ability to clearly express ideas, to workout arguments for justifying attitude
Presentation skills, readiness to work in an international team with English as a working language
Advanced knowledge of English language
