Ahoj prosím o pomoc s náhodným zamrznutí PC. Děje se to při hraní her a i když je PC v klidu jen puštěné. Někdy to 10 dní vůbec neudělá a pak zase každý den. Zamrzne obraz a pak už nejde nic jiného než vypnout hlavním tlačítkem na bedně. Trápí mě to už dlouho nevím co s tím zkoušel jsem vše možné, pořád se to objevuje. Dříve to doprovázelo ještě pištivím zvukem to už teď nedělá. Za tu dobu co mě to otravuje jsem již pořídil nový zdroj a GF kartu a stále to děla jen to píštění přestalo. Ještě můžu napsat že mám problémy se zvukovkou, občas zapraská v repro bednách a přehází se panely. Prostřední hraje ze zadního zadní ze předního atp. Řešil jsem to na fóru ASUS ale nic s tím udělat asi nejde. Nejvíc jsem si všimnul že to dělá při spuštěné hře v prohlížeči Shaked and Fidget. Dal bych krk za to že to způsobuje ten adobe shockwave něco nevím jak se to přesně jmenuje. Každopádně netuším jestli tohle může mít něco společného s tím zamrzáním. PC není taktováno a teploty komponentů jsou v pořádku (sledováno HW monitorem). Mám za to, že RAM jsem již v minulosti testoval a nebyly nalezeny problémy. Komponenty PC v profilu. Příkládám soubory na leteckou poštu. Děkuji za pomoc.

Ahoj. Děkuji ti za pěkný příspěvek!
Podle všeho to je error při obsloužení výjimky grafického ovladače. Viděl bych to na přehřívání GK (zkontroluj chlazení), vadný grafický ovladač (zkus jinou verzi), vadná GK nebo jiná závada.
Ještě prosím udělej memtest a postni sem výsledek.

Ahoj udělal jsem ještě tedy ten memtest a nenalezlo to žádné chyby. Během testu to pouze 3x napsalo RAM may be vulnerable to high frequency row hammer bit flips.
Co se týče těch teplot tak i po několika hodinách hraní ukazuje HWmonitor na GK kolem 65°C (a to mám v létě v místnosti 25°C) na CPU je to něco malinko přes 50°C. Ovladače mám vždy aktuální od výrobce. Předtím jsem měl v PC Gigabyte Radeon HD 7970 3GB DDR5 a dělalo to také. :huh:
Jěště musím napsat, že od založení tématu jsem v prohlížeči událostí našel další 3 kritické chyby (kernel power). U té 3 jsem zrovna odcházel od PC, byla puštěná pouze TV v prohlížeči a přišlo zamrznutí doprovázené bzučivím zvukem. To mě tak vytočilo, že jsem opět rozdělal PC zkusil pořádně zastčit kabely atp. a hlavně jsem vyndal zvukovku. Zatím tedy zkusím být na integrované. Za posledních +- 24 hodin žádná kritická chyba tak uvidím co se bude dít.

těch kritických chyb si nevšímej, důležité je co to tvoří na minidumpy.

Ahoj. Tak 12 dní byl klid a dnes opět pád (ve hře), vyskočila modrá obrazovka (poprvé) s textem:
"V počítači došlo k problému a je třeba jej restartovat. Právě shromažďujeme určité informace o chybách a následně provedeme restartování. 0% dokončeno."
Při volání podpory sdělte tyto informace:
Kód zastavení: WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR

Ve složce minidumb se ale žádný soubor nevytvořil. :huh:

Rozhodl jsem se, že udělám novou instalaci Windows, tak dám potom vědět jestli to pomohlo.

Je tam nějaký problém z hlediska HW, prostě něco nefunguje. Pokud se objevila BSOD s WHEA, znamená to, že nějaká HW část je nestabilní (procesor, deska). Zkus tu reinstalaci, ale to si myslím nepomůže.

Tak uběhlo asi 25 dní a cca 3-4 zamrznutí s bzučením :lol: . Procesor i deska mají hodně nalítáno, přes 4 roky intenzivního hraní. Holt asi víc nezjistíme minidumpy se navíc ani nevytvářejí. Budu s tím muset vydržet a až to jednou nenaběhne tak pořídit nový stroj. :idea:

Zkus hodit ještě BIOS do defaultu, nic jiného mě nenapadá.
