Vypl jsem mu možnost hibernace i režimu spánku, ze startu odstranil tlačítko pro vstup do režimu spánku, vypl rychlé spuštění PC. chldsk /F se měl spustit po restartu, jinak to nešlo, ale nezdá se mi, že by to něco udělalo.

1. Dostal jsi za úkol vyzkoušet jiný disk. Možná jsem přehlédl, ale skutečně nemohu najít, jak ta zkouška dopadla.
2. Neprovedl jsi memtest dle návodu. V návodu je odkaz: https://www.memtest.org/. Tento memtest nikdy neskončí, nikdy nenapíše výsledek 0. Běží tak dlouho, dokud ho nevypneš. V návodu je pass>5, což je u free verze stažené z https://www.memtest86.com/ nemožné dosáhnout. Na těch 16GB RAM to vidím tak na 10 hodin.
3. Zkus aktualizovat BIOS základní desky.
4. přes https://www.kingston.com/czech/en/suppo ... ssdmanager zkontroluj firmware toho disku, případně aktualizuj.

1. Nemáme jiný M.2 disk. A kdybych dal jiný disk, tak myslíš přeinstalovat celé PC a doufat, že tam to nebude dělat? Tím stejně ale nezaručíme, že to je diskem a ne jen instalací, ne?
2. Ok, takže pustit přes noc tento test.
3. Nejaktuálnější, jedině přeinstalovat.
4. Ok, to udělám i přes TeamViewer, takže to mohu hned.

ad 1) ty chyby disku v logu jsou. Pokud znáš jiný způsob řešení, než navrhovaný, použij ho.
Chyba nemusí být nutně v disku, klidně třeba i na desce, v řadiči atd. Zkus třeba linux, jestli bude padat i ten, bude chyba v HW, jen je třeba ji najít.
Bohužel, ne vždy dumpy ukáží na problém jednoznačně. Proto nemůžu poradit nic jiného, než zkoušet. Možná se vše opraví aktualizací FW disku, uvidíme.

Ad 1. - to, ze nemas jiny disk, znamena ze ho mas sehnat (koupit, pujcit) protoze jinak nez metodou pokus-omyl
se pricina zjistit neda. M.2 disk nema kabel ktery by mohl problem zpusobovat, tedy je to nejspis disk nebo zakladni
deska - oboje predpokladam v zaruce.

Nejdriv ale udelej to, co nestoji penize - aktualizace BIOSu zakladni desky a fimware disku a kdyz se nic nezmeni, tak
cistou instalacxi OS - Linux z flashky nebezi z disku, tam se problem nemusi projevit.

Pripadne muzes nove PC reklamovat s tim, ze pada do modre smrti a at resi prodejce.

V pripade ze nesklada prodejce jen komponenty.

Ale muzes reklamovat disk s tim, ze s jinym problem neni, nicmene se muze
stat ze i s vymenym to bude delat porad, protoze problem nebude v disku.
