World Of Warplanes nejde!

Prosím chtěl bych si moc zahrát WoP.
Zaregistroval jsem se na stránkách a stáhl instalační balíček pro Windows. Instalace proběhla bez problémů, stahování aktualizací a jejich instalace taktéž.
Ale po volbě
"Hrát" se to ani nespustilo a jak jinak chyba:
WorldOfWarplanes.exe - Chyba
Aplikaci (0xc0000022) se nepodařilo správně spustit. Kliknutím na tlačítko OK aplikaci ukončete. 
Prosím víte o co se jedná a jak to spravit?

Zkusit reinstalovat a pak kdyz to nepomůže napsat na ceskou podporu :)

Zkus vypnout firewall a antivirus, nebo uděl dané aplikaci vyjímku.

Reinstal jsem zkoušel několikrát, ale dik.

zahraj si Warthunder je to 10x lepší jak graficky tak hratelně

Zahrat si jinou hru nevyřeší jeho problem, jinak napiš na tu jejich podporu , me taky pomohli :)

Spustíš hru přímo? Při obejití launcheru a spuštění jako správce?
C:\Games\World_of_Warplanes\worldofwarplanes.exe
The error usually means the program doesn't have permission to do something. If running as administrator does not work, try holding shift and right-clicking worldoftanks.exe and then click 'run as different user'. Enter the credentials for a Windows user account that has administrator privileges. If that still doesn't work, your NTFS permissions are messed up. Try the following, press the Windows key, type cmd, press ctrl+shift+enter, and select yes if prompted. In the command-prompt window, type the following then hit enter:
Windows XP:
secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\repair\secsetup.inf /db secsetup.sdb /verbose
Windows Vista/7/8:
secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\inf\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose
If it still doesn't work go to %windir%\security\logs\, find scesrv.log, upload it somewhere, and post the link here. Also try searching google for that error string.
