Problem s Bluetooth Asus BT400

Zdravim mam windows 7 x64 a vobec mi nejde rozbehat tento bluetooth adapter zrejme bude chyba v PC kedze mam tie adaptery dva a ani jeden mi nejde. vypisuje mi stale napr aj toto : https://gyazo.com/341b844d8c7ff5e4e144b413f3ff355a skusal som ovladac od asus aj od broadcom a stale to nejde.
