Mám menší problém se starším notebookem od HP.Nemůžu se dostat do nastavení Biosu přes tlačítko F10.Požaduje po mě heslo které nemám a nikdy jsem ho tam nezadával.Notebook používá 7 letá dcera která ho tam mohla dát.Dá se to nějak obejít aby jsem se tam dostal.Potřebuji tam nainstalovat znovu WIN XP

Autorizovany servis + doklad o koupi notebooku.

Boot manager (F9) nefunguje?

Notebook je 11 let starý takže autorizovaný servis nepřipadá v úvahu a účtenka už také nebude

Možná vyndat baterii na základní desce. Nebo pokud je tam tlačítko na reset. Heslo by tam pak být nemělo.

Pokud je aktivni TPM chip tak jedina moznost je bud vymena zakladni desky nebo prepajeni TPM chipu.

Ciste teoreticky pokud neni aktivovan TPM chip tak by mel fungovat tenhle postup ze servisni dokumentace:

If the computer you are servicing has an unknown password,
follow these steps to clear the password. These steps also
clear CMOS:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (refer to
Section 6.3,
“Preparing the Computer for Disassembly,”
for more
information).
2. Remove the real-time clock (RTC) battery (refer to
Section 6.11, “RTC Battery,”
for more information on
removing and replacing the RTC battery).
3. Wait approximately 5 minutes.
4. Replace the RTC battery and reassemble the computer.
5. Connect AC power to the computer. Do not reinsert any
battery packs at this time.
6. Turn on the computer.
All passwords and all CMOS settings have been cleared
