problém s vypínáním notebooku

Dobrý den,

potřebuji poradit co mám dělat. Popis problému: Notebook se nevypíná po standardním způsobem. Po příkazu vypnout, ve startu zhasne pouze obrazovka, větráčky běží dál, klávesnice zůstane podsvícená atd. nevypne se tak ani po delší době. Někdy proces vypínání trvá tak dlouho, že naskočí modrá obrazovka s chybou DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

Nepomohl ani bod obnovení, ani přeinstalace Windows (se zachováním dat), ovladače mi to píše že jsou aktuální když manuálně kliknu na aktualizovat ovladač (ale stejně se mi zdá že to bude asi driverem baterkou, celou jsem ji odinstalovala a sama se pak nainstalovala uplně odznova).
