Problém s připojením Team Speak 3

Zdravím
Mám problém s připojením na jakýkoliv server v TS 3.
Buď je spojení navázáno jen na pár sekund nebo se spojení nenaváže vůbec.
Zkoušeno s firewallem,bez něj,vypnutý NOD, spuštěno jako správce a pořád nic.
Jsme laik tak nevím jestli je potřeba někde něco ještě ponastavit.Jinak Skype mi funguje normálně.
