Čistá plocha bez ikon a startu

Zdravím,
jednou jsem zapnul počítač (s W8) a po úspěčné přihlášení se mi nezobrazila plocha, respektivě zobrazila, ale byla bez ikon a nebyla interaktivní. Na internetu jsem si našel následující radu

This is the key that needs to be deleted...

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\explorer.exe

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\iexplorer.exe

Once these keys are deleted the desktop and internet explorer should come back to life.

Poprvé to fungovalo, ale už se mi stejný problém objevil znovu a ani toto nepomáhá. Myslíte, že se dá odstranit třeba metodou HiJackThis?
Případně jak problém vyřešit? Díky za odpovědi.

K tomu to HjT není. Jistě by pomohla oprava systému z DVD.

Otevři si správce uloh dej otevřít nový task a napiš tam explorer.exe .
