Mám problém s GTA V,přesněji se Social Clubem. (předtím bez potíží)
Peru se s tím už pár dní a pořád neúspěšně.
Social club hlásí i když jsem připojen k internetu a všechno funguje jak má,že je offline.
Nakonec co mi nejvíce vadí,že nemohu spustit social club jako takový( nejde se přihlásit ani spustit app ifruit ani web )
Ale pokud zapnu VPN (jiná ip) tak najednou běží vše jak má jako by se nic nestalo.
Takže jsem vydedukoval že to je 100% ip adresou a ne ve složkách hry,protože jsem přeinstaloval i windows a mám GTAV přes steam (ověřena integrita hry) a žádné mody ani češtinu tam nemám.

In order to resolve the issue, please try to change the ports to the required settings and see if you can log in to GTA Online.
Ensure that the proper ports are forwarded to your Desktop PC. GTA Online for PC requires the following ports:
TCP Ports: 80, 443
UDP Ports: 6672, 61455, 61457, 61456, and 61458
Contact your ISP to determine the proper DNS settings for your internet connection. If your ISP is unable to provide this information, please consider using 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as your DNS servers. These are public DNS servers provided by Google. This may resolve some issues for customers whom are having difficulty with timeouts and cloud save issues.

Thank you for providing the information.
We are sorry to hear that you are still facing the issue. In order to resolve the issue further, kindly follow the below steps:
Select Command Prompt and run as administrator.
1: Type: netsh winsock reset
2: Press the Enter key.
3: Type: netsh int ipv4 reset
4: Press the Enter key.
If you use the IPv6 Internet Protocol please follow the below steps too:
1: Type: netsh int ipv6 reset
2: Press the Enter key.
Wait for the Command Prompt to run through the resets.
Once it’s complete, restart your computer to finish.
If the issue still persists after the above troubleshooting steps, please let us know. We will investigate further in order to resolve the issue

Pak mi Rockstar podpora ještě radila abych se hrabal u firewallu u outbound příkazech,ale tam žádné GTA ani Social Club ani není což je divné.
Pak je tu ještě toto:
Check the game folder for the commandline.txt file, and open it.
Check and make sure the text file does NOT have the line SCOfflineonly in it.
NIc takového ve steam složce u hry také není.
Rockstar si neví rady ani já ne.....
Přemýšlel jsem nad změnou ip u providera ale je to opravdu nutné nepřehlídl někdo něco ???
Chtěl jsem znát jenom názor ostatních protože tet momentálně rozjiždím GTA a social club jen přes VPN.
